Healing Grief

This month’s blog is not so much from me, but about a lady who came to me for a reading whilst she was in the darkest depths of grief. Pat told me later in her own words that connecting to the spirit world gave her hope to live a happy life again.

Pat said, “The grief I felt after losing John was so great it completely immobilised me as a person, I just couldn’t get past it. I never left the house. My mental health was at a very low ebb and my family were really concerned. I was completely heart broken. One day I had this thought deep down that visiting a medium might just help. After doing some research, I found the one that I felt was right for me.

With nothing to lose, I had my first reading with Michelle. This experience helped me start to finally heal from losing my husband and best friend. It was as though Michelle could really communicate with John. It is the hardest thing to describe, but I had a really strong sense that I just knew he was OK.

During the session, Michelle’s posture changed. She seemed to take on the mannerisms that John had and I knew in my heart that he was present. The pain in my heart, and the whole of my body, started to shift as if this experience was the help I needed to heal. I felt a weight had been lifted and a real phenomena was taking place. I felt so different on the inside. The comfort I felt was so wonderful and I was blown away!

Michelle appeared to be the messenger between me and my precious husband, he was able to tell me he was sorry to have passed over to the spirit world. With this I felt a sudden peace come over me. A light seemed to fill my body - a light that I honestly thought had been put out forever. I could feel the essence of John. It gave me great comfort and hope to know he had not left me at all, that he walks beside me all the time. I felt happy again, which I never thought I would.

I know John will not be part of my daily life, we won't share days out and holidays together anymore, but I now know he is OK. He is looking out for me, and I have a spiritual connection which makes me feel close to him. In a nutshell. my reading by Michelle brought me healing, acceptance and clarity. I would recommend anyone going through something similar to visit Michelle, as I would like them to find the same peace that I have.”

Hearing Pat's story, and knowing that I had helped another soul to feel alive again, is truly humbling. It confirms to me that I am meant to be on this journey to help and guide others through their struggles. Since Pat has had the reading, she has been able to turn her life around knowing that John is by her side.
