How I Became a Psychic Medium

As a young child, I would keep a diary of predictions. I can recall clearly asking my best friend at the time, "Do you keep a diary of predictions?". I couldn't believe it when she replied, "No". Although she had no idea what I was talking about, I thought this was very normal and that everyone kept a journal of predictions.

It was during the 1980's, around the time that Uri Geller became a household name, that I began trying to manifest that I too would one day be able to bend a spoon with the power of my mind! I am a strong believer in the power of manifestation. From first-hand experience, having used it to manage my diagnosis of fibromyalgia, I know it can make an incredible difference.

It was my absolute dream in life to become a Psychic Medium when I grew up. At the age of 12 years old, I was doing psychic readings for my school friends. Known as the quirky kid at school, we also used Ouija boards - even though I had been warned by my parents not to do this as they had an experience that scared them out of their wits! I do not promote you using a Ouija board, without a well known, experienced Medium present, to make sure you are protected by someone who knows what they are doing.

As a young child, my grandmother took me to see the famous Medium, Doris Stokes, at Portsmouth Guildhall. I can remember people in the audience suddenly bursting into tears, as Doris brought forward their loved ones from the spirit world. It was a crazy experience, as I was very young and didn't really understand what was going on.

My grandmother, on my mum's side of the family, was a Psychic Medium too. It was a taboo to be a Medium back in the 50s and 60s, so sadly she wasn't able to practice it as a profession. I do feel very blessed to be able to work freely as a Medium in these times!
