Realising Your Worth

It took me a long time to come to the realisation that in order to fully embrace my worth, I had to let go of those who did not value me. It takes courage to leave behind what no longer serves you, and it’s that same courage that will drive you forward to find your path to happiness.

Since March 2020, I have noticed huge shifts happening for a lot of people that may before have accepted toxic behaviour from others in their lives. It can be easier to move away from a so-called friend, than it is someone you are related to or even work with on a regular basis. This empowering shift has lifted a filter that is helping people to realise they don’t have to accept this negative behaviour. Relationships with stronger ties and shared values are much harder to find, but making space for activities like yoga, Pilates, meditation or being in nature will give you time to reflect and the clarity to understand your own needs. Reflecting on the effect your closest relationships are having on you and making conscious choices about who you share your time with, can have an enormously positive effect on your wellbeing.

Ask yourself ‘how would I like my life to look?’ and ‘how would I like spend my free time’? The answers to these questions could lead you try new activities or take up new hobbies, which may lead to like-minded people – your soul tribe.

Limiting exposure to those that can drain you and instead choosing to spend time with those that offer genuine kindness, encouragement, and mutual respect can improve your level of happiness and life satisfaction.

This quote from Brené Brown really resonates with me, “Daring to set boundaries is about having courage to love ourselves even when we risk disappointing others.” I would highly recommend checking out some of her videos on YouTube.

There is so much more talk about self-love now than ever before, so I sense that there are many people awakening to a new way of being by allowing space for more creativity and play. If you are reading this blog, I know you have a gift of heightened intuition, and many people on this path may be suffering from either poor health or living in a difficult situation. The more you develop your gift, the more your energy and health can really improve. This brings me to the tarot card message of the Queen of Cups. The Queen of Cups says;

"The time is right to feel really connected to your heart, noticing the small things that bring you joy and fulfillment. You may have just come through a difficult chapter in your life and are experiencing transformation on a deeper level. Helping others will help with your own healing. You don’t have to be a healer - offering a cup of tea and a listening ear could have a huge impact. You may have been called sensitive a lot in your life, and be assured this is a lovely gift to have. The Queen of Cups is a psychic, imaginative and beautiful soul. Call upon your angel for guidance, take time to be quiet and listen for guidance. Spiritually, she indicates that if you're seeking to develop your psychic abilities with this card, there will be a big increase in psychic powers”.

This great message from the Queen of Cups leads me on to share with you about the 'Psychic & Personal Development' evenings that I host. Since these sessions began, I’m amazed at how successful and fulfilled those that have attended the gatherings have become. I have noticed there is a healing energy emerging within the groups. Maybe all this healing and self-love will lead to a more peaceful way of life in the future. If you would like to know more, then my contact details are below so, please reach out to me.

Before I end the blog, I would like to let you know I have gift vouchers available, which would make a perfect Christmas or birthday present. Vouchers can be emailed digitally or printed physical copies.
